A new track and some website restructuring

Nigemy, a horsetrack, has been released.

 

I added a new category(other/mixed) for tracks. All tracks that won't fit tarmac or rally category, or fit both of them,  will go to the new category.

Also, I added a link to GeneRally Track Database and links to websites of some other trackmakers.
